What a Weekend!!!
Nov 5 & 6, a wonderful weekend!Well, first of all, it is the arrival of the beautiful fall weather in Florida, and we had great times these days...
Going to the St. Pete's beach again, in which I have not done that for about a month or so, the white sand and clear water was just magnificient as it sounds! Then it came today, the joyful Sunday - we went to MacDinton's and watched a soccer game, the very important Premier League fixture between Manchester United and Chelsea. Manchester defeated Chelsea, a team without losing in 40 league matches. It was absolutely amazing and stunning result for me as a MU fan! What is even more surprising, we walked out the pub and got stopped by a radio station staff who encouraged us to participate in a lucky draw. We ended up joining it and I still cannot believe it that I actually win the two free tickets to an American football game of the local NFL team, Tampa Bay Buccaneers on next Sunday, November 13!
After coming to the US, I told myself as part of my learning experience I will go to some sports game, such as NFL American football, NBA Basketball and MLB Baseball, and now it looks like that I would be able to make it to two at least (I had a Yankees game back in NYC, and now upcoming Bucs game). I will strive to go for one for LA Lakers or Chicago Bulls later in next year for sure! The best of all, I did not pay a buck for these so far, thanks to the good luck and my friend.
Now, I am recharged and looking forward to another great week ahead ^_^
