After 6 Years
It was 6 years before I took my first trip abroad, surprisingly and not, it was England. Not so surprising because HK was afterall a British colony, a lot of people have been to and will consider to travel to the United Kingdom; however, I personally did not plan to pick it as the first foreign country for me, it was rather like a co-incidence. I went to London and Scotland to attend an AIESEC international conference.A week ago, for the second time, I had another chance to visit London and England. This time it was more a leisure trip as compared to the last. Though, I missed the chance to see 2 old friends from AIESEC - Dimitris and Evrim, I was excited to be still able to meet with 2 other friends, Jia in Manchester and Sue came in from Bristol.
The 2 most rewarding experience for me during this journey were, 1) to accompany my girlfriend for her first ever Europe tour; 2) to get to the Theatre of Dream, Old Trafford stadium/home of Manchester United Football Club.
Yeah, MUFC, my all time favorite in the country of elegance.

I actually ended up going to Manchester last weekend and loved it! Next time we'll try to have better time coordination!
I cant believe it has been 3 month since we went ... just uploaded some pics in my space. good memory ;-)
